Purpose of the foundation.

The purpose of the TAHV Gifts and Memorials Foundation is to help provide healthcare education through scholarships to qualifying Texas students.

Scholarships are for $1,000 per semester for up to four years. Scholarship requirements, applications and reapplication forms are available for download.
